I hear a deal

No, I'm not a hoarder. But, I do get excited about a great deal every once in a while. Usually I get excited about my coffee deals. Who wouldn't? This one was a little different.

I stopped by Office Depot this morning to return some toner cartridges and noticed some earbud headphones clearanced to $.94. I couldn't believe the price! I didn't buy them at first, but brought Brianna back in the afternoon to see if she would like them. Here's what we ended up with:


10 earbud headphones for $.94 each and 5 travel size hand sanitizers for $.12 each. My total cost was $10! By the way, the cashier was telling me that she wanted to bring her daughter in this weekend to look at them. I left her two. I thought that was nice.

The kids each claimed one of each style of headphones for themselves. The others will be saved for gifts.

The hand sanitizer comes in handy since I've been up off and on since 1:30 this morning with a sick kid. I'm repeating my "please don't get sick" mantra. Work will feel long tonight.
